Urhobo Political Forum, a non governmental organisation, has lauded the economic and social polices of the Governor Emmanuel Udughan’s administration, saying it’s aimed at improving the lots of the people of Deltans.

National Vice Chairman of the Forum , Chief Paulinus Akpeki, who spoke at a meeting weekend in Okpara, in Ethiope East Local government Area of the state, called on Deltans and the people of Urhobo in particular to support Uduaghan to enable the government consolidate on the existing programmes and projects in the state .

Akpeki told the gathering that the outstanding achievements of Udughan were enough reasons for the Urhobos and indeed other Deltans to support him, adding that the governor is fulfilling his promises to the people during his last election campaigns.

The UPF national vice chairman said that for continuity sake, the governor justly deserves another opportunity to impact positively on the lives of Deltans, saying that “ Urhobo sons and daughters are occupying key positions in the administration of the present government”.

Akpeki further disclosed that the massive infrastructural development in Urhobo land is a testimony of his effort which solicits political support for Uduaghan, adding that “ t is in the interest of the Urhobo for Uduaghan to have another four years so that the fruits of three point agenda could spread to all parts of the state”.
