Uduophori, Urhobos in Patani Passes Vote of Confidence on Uduaghan.
Uduophori community and the entire Urhobos in Patani local government area of the State have passed a vote of confidence on Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan's administration.
In passing the vote of confidence, they stated that the three-point agenda of the governor is not for lip-service as the Governor was delivering and has shown greater commitment to uplifting the standard of living of the people.
They particularly remarked that the Governor has awarded the construction of roads to link Uduophori community which was a dream come true for the community. The vote of confidence was moved by the Chairman of the community, Mr. Ituru Ogoro and seconded by the community's women leader, Mrs. Yakapini Dievunarue.
The community also passed a vote of confidence on Honourable Basil Ganagana who is representing the area in the State House of Assembly for the numerous projects he has attracted to the area.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Council for Arts and Culture Honourable Jerry Eruvbedede said Governor Uduaghan is a performer who allows his projects to speak for him. Honourable Eruvbedede who is from Uduophori community stated that the people of the community have pledged their unalloyed support for the Governor's administration stating that the people are receiving the dividends of democracy.
The meeting which was presided over by the President-General of the community, Dr Willy Onoriose, was attended by Honourable Samson Akpibere, Honourable Elija Ologe who is the Vice-Chairman of Patani Local Government area and Honourable Onoriose Godspower.
