THE People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Bomadi local government area of Delta State has passed a vote of confidence in Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, Senator James Manager, member, House of Represen-tatives, Mr. Nicholas Mutu and Mr. Reginald Dombraye. It was in recognition of their contributions to the deve-lopment of the state.

Moving the vote of confidence, yesterday, which was seconded by the youth leader of the party in the council area, Mr. Ofia Zipamor, former chairman of Bomadi local government area, Chief Michael Seikegba, stated that the vote of confidence was sequel to the landmark achievements of the governor and their representatives.

He said the governor had empowered so many people from the council area, beside completing many projects initiated by his predecessor, Chief James Ibori.

Seikegba maintained that the confidence vote on their representatives was an indication “that they have represented us satisfactorily and we have no regrets having them as our representatives."

Earlier in his speech, chairman of the party in the council, Mr. Pius Labo, expressed contentment with the implementation of Governor Uduaghan's three-point agenda and expressed the readiness of the entire members of the party in the council area to give their unflinching support to the governor at all times.

He commended the chairman and executives of the various wards in the council area for the support they had been giving to the present administration and urged party members to remain committed and stead-fast to the ideals of the party.
