The Delta State Free Rural Health Scheme concluded its assignment in Isoko North with a total of eight hundred and fifty four rural dwellers treated for various ailments.

The breakdown shows that a total of two hundred and seven rural dwellers were treated at Ellu, one hundred and sixty six at Otor-Udu, one hundred and ninety one at Owhelogbo and ninety at Okpe-Isoko.

Statistics on HIV shows that three hundred were screened for HIV and eight were found to be positive. Statistics of surgery given by Dr. Daniel Omodon, showed that in the six Local Government Areas so far visited two hundred and sixty nine surgical operations were carried out.

Also statistics from other areas shows that twenty two were for obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, ninety two and eye surgery one hundred and fifty five.

The scheme moves to Warri North on Monday.
