Uduaghan Swears in Three Perm Secs.
Delta State Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan yesterday swore in three permanent secretaries.
He also announced the approval of the upgrading of the officers cadre in the state Civil Service such that Directors can now move up to Grade Level 17 through promotion.
The new Permanent Secretaries, who took the oath of office, are Mr. Steve Ifeanyi Megwai, Mrs. Maria Emuamuzieh Adaigbe and Mr. Edwin Egwonomu Ogidi-Gbegbaje.
