The former member of the dissolved Steering Committee setup by Federal Government on the Niger Delta crisis, Mr. Bernard Jamaho, has called on Uduaghan and the Delta State House of Assembly to sack the Chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, Mr. Amaju Pinnick, for failing to complete the Warri Township Stadium before the last visit of the FIFA inspection officials.

The super eagles of Nigeria on Saturday in Port Elizabeth defeated the 2010 World cup host, South Africa by a lone goal, thanks to a superb strike by Getafe striker, Ikechukwu Uche in the 72nd minutes.
Taiye Taiwo released IK with a through pass and the striker made no mistake in converting the goal to keep the 100% record of Nigeria in the current campaign.Nigeria has played 5 matches winning all five without conceding a goal, Ikechukwu who played along side his brother Kalu in the game now has three goals to his name and double as the Nigeria's leading scorer.
